To make planning your event an even easier process, we have created a bespoke day delegate package that includes all the basic requirements to have a successful event, please speak to our sales person for more information

To work with our Day Delegate package we have also created a 24 hour package which will include our day delegate rate along with overnight accommodation and dinner.

Point of contact

Your organiser will act as your single point of contact and take all the hassle and work off your hands. They will discuss all arrangements with you and make sure that everything you are looking for is provided before, during and after the event – Including essentials like travel details for your delegates, equipment, food and refreshments.

Business services

We are able to offer a fully comprehensive range of business service facilities including photocopying, fax and secretarial service. Additional services such as registration of delegates can also be provided.*

Accommodation

You and your delegates will enjoy a good night’s sleep with spacious en-suite bedrooms with direct dial telephone and TV with free view channels and free Wi-Fi. Once your conference has finished for the day your delegates can unwind in our fully equipped leisure centre.
